If you, or someone you know is a former employee at Supermax, Maxter and Maxwell ("Supermax Group"), you may be eligible for reimbursement of recruitment fees that were previously paid to agents, sub-agents, or brokers in your home countries. Please make sure to have your personal documentation such as passport, employee ID, national identification at hand before you submit the form. Deadline to apply is April 30th 2023. After this date, all new applications from workers will be reviewed on an individual, as needed basis to ensure no entitled workers fail to receive their remediation. If your application is successful, you will be contacted via mobile phone within 15 business days after your submission.
